In Volpedo, in the province of Alessandria, a very colorful, particularly fragrant and sugary peach is born. This variety, used in this delicious bar, heralds summer and preserves the flavour of ‘the old days’. For the single-origin dark chocolate bar, Lavoratti selected cocoa from Hacienda San José in Ecuador, whose story began in Los Ríos in the 1930s, fermenting and drying fava beans with inherited centuries-old tradition.
